Despite augmented reality (AR) being around for many years, Pokémon GO has thrust it into the limelight. The game has been an inescapable force of nature taking the concept of overlaying our everyday lives with digital information and making it mainstream.
But away from Pokestops and Gyms, augmented reality is set to touch every aspect of our lives, from at work to home.
